TPU printable film for UV printing is a high-performance, flexible heat-transfer material designed for creating high-definition 3D logos and graphics on fabric and apparel.
Its specially coated surface ensures strong UV ink adhesion, vivid color reproduction, and sharp detail. Compatible with UV DTF and UV printers, the film enables textured, raised effects and delivers reliable adhesion, making it ideal for premium textile decoration and customized garment branding.
Four thickness options, five stock colours and two roll lengths — choose the gauge by the relief height your artwork needs, not by the fabric.
Thickness is the single specification that decides how a UV TPU transfer looks and feels on the finished garment. A thinner film gives a subtle, low-profile raise and a softer hand; a thicker film pushes the design further off the fabric until it reads almost like a moulded badge. All four gauges share the same coating, the same ink adhesion and the same press settings, so switching between them costs nothing in production time.
The entry gauge, with the lowest relief height and the softest hand feel. Best where artwork carries thin strokes, small type or dense line work — team crests, care-label branding and kids’ wear.
Clear raised relief with a comfortable hand feel, and the gauge most customers reorder. Covers the bulk of apparel logos, sportswear numbering and everyday branding work.
A visibly sculpted edge that still reads from several metres away. Suits outerwear, workwear and statement chest prints where the logo has to carry the whole garment.
Maximum height for a moulded, patch-like result on bags, caps, footwear panels and premium accessories — achieved with no mould tooling and no minimum plate charge.

What a raised UV TPU transfer delivers that a flat print cannot — from the first press to the fiftieth wash.
A raised transfer only earns its price if it survives the wardrobe. Saillage UV TPU film is engineered so that the decorative gain — the relief, the colour density, the sharp edge — does not trade away flexibility, adhesion or wash life. The nine points below are the properties our customers test for before committing a production run.
The UV-receptive coating lets ink build into a genuinely raised layer, so logos stand proud of the fabric with clean, sculpted edges instead of sitting flat on the surface.
High ink holdout keeps colour dense and saturated, while thin strokes, small type and gradient artwork reproduce cleanly at their intended size — no thickening, no fill-in.
Even at the heavier gauges the TPU stays supple against the body, so a raised transfer never feels like a rigid patch stitched onto the garment.
The hot-melt backing bonds into cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and leather, holding fast on the great majority of textiles without any pre-treatment step.
The film moves with knitwear and performance fabric and recovers its shape, so repeated wear and stretching leave the design free of crazing and edge lift.
Transfers come through routine domestic laundering without noticeable colour loss, peeling or curl, keeping branded garments presentable across a full season.
A tough surface layer shrugs off the rubbing that shoulders, bag straps and packaging inflict — the difference that matters most on footwear and accessories.
Short runs, one-offs and mixed-size batches all print from the same roll, so sampling and small-order customisation cost the same per metre as bulk production.
Raised effects come straight off the printer with no tooling, no screens and no plate charge, so an artwork change costs nothing but print time.
