Technical Specifications

Four thickness options, five stock colours and two roll lengths — choose the gauge by the relief height your artwork needs, not by the fabric.

Thickness is the single specification that decides how a UV TPU transfer looks and feels on the finished garment. A thinner film gives a subtle, low-profile raise and a softer hand; a thicker film pushes the design further off the fabric until it reads almost like a moulded badge. All four gauges share the same coating, the same ink adhesion and the same press settings, so switching between them costs nothing in production time.

Fine Detail & Light Hand Feel

The entry gauge, with the lowest relief height and the softest hand feel. Best where artwork carries thin strokes, small type or dense line work — team crests, care-label branding and kids’ wear.

The All-Round Best Seller

Clear raised relief with a comfortable hand feel, and the gauge most customers reorder. Covers the bulk of apparel logos, sportswear numbering and everyday branding work.

0.7mm 700 µm

Deep Relief, Bold Graphics

A visibly sculpted edge that still reads from several metres away. Suits outerwear, workwear and statement chest prints where the logo has to carry the whole garment.

Badge-Like Moulded Effect

Maximum height for a moulded, patch-like result on bags, caps, footwear panels and premium accessories — achieved with no mould tooling and no minimum plate charge.
