TD8006 Hot/Cold Peel Single Sided DTF Film
TD8006 is a single-sided DTF film / PET film developed as the cost-effective version of TD8005. It uses the same 70 µm PET base and offers up to 90% ink-loading capacity, holding on to stable printing, curing, release and transfer performance while removing cost from the specification.
The saving comes from dropping the back coating. That is the only substantive change: the print side, the ink capacity and the peel behaviour are carried over unchanged from TD8005, so a shop moving across does not re-profile, re-powder or re-time the press. What you lose is the dual-sided handling convenience; what you gain is a lower cost per metre on standard DTF production.
For high-volume, everyday textile transfer work — plain garment logos, repeat orders, promotional runs — TD8006 is usually the right place to take cost out of a job without the customer being able to see where it went.
The same lightweight PET base as TD8005 — less material per metre, and a lower shipping weight on full-pallet orders.
Peel warm to keep throughput up, or cold for a flatter hand feel, from the same roll.
Enough coating capacity for dense, fully saturated artwork — the economy is in the back coating, not in the print side.
