TD8003 Instant Peel Single Sided DTF Film
TD8003 is a single-sided DTF film / DTF PET film developed specifically for instant hot peeling. It combines vivid colour, clean powder release and dependable instant-peel behaviour with the transfer accuracy that fine and complex designs demand.
The film is especially suited to breathable micro-dot artwork — the perforated, half-tone style used to keep large prints light and airy on performance garments. Where an ordinary film blurs or drops the smallest dots, TD8003 carries them across intact, giving sharp edges, complete transfer and faithful reproduction of the finest detail in the file.
Instant peel removes the wait at the press. The carrier lifts the moment the platen opens, so an operator can strip and reload in one motion rather than parking hot transfers to cool, which is where most of the lost minutes in a busy DTF shop actually go.
A stable PET base that holds dimension through printing and curing, so registration on multi-element artwork stays true.
